Due to the drastic drop in temperature, the 87,000 feet of snow outside, and the fact that her cold took a decided turn for the worse, Captain violachic has decided to declare a temporary Winter DefCon 2. The Captain will reconsider this come Tuesday, when the temperature begins to rise again, or when the cold symptoms begin to abate, whichever comes first.

Aye, cap'n. We're bordering on Winter Defcon 1 over here- my car has been stuck in snow twice (the second time, I was rescued by a group of children shoveling snow for charity), and Danyell's van has been stuck once for a half hour. More videos! I cannae stand it much longer.
