This is very sobering news. Not shocking, but we always hoped it would be different.

I'm incredibly upset about this, and getting more upset all the time. I'm going to try to write an op-ed - which we can probably at least get published in some of the indy papers around here - but I feel like that's doing so little. Shit. This man deserves better.
