Okay, so yesterday's foray to the beach was pretty successful.

It was sleepykins and I for awhile, then hellfaerie and unhappymeal pedaled in right about the time robling_t emerged from the dunes. The artist formerly known as _narcissis_ made an appearance for a bit as well, before we all decided to pack it in and flee from the swarm of biting flies.


So my next phase is still intact.

Tuesday night- which, for the uninitiated, is tomorrow- I'm still planning on leading (or co-leading, whatever) a delegation to see Star Wars at the Chicago Outdoor Film Festival.

Its free. Bring a blanket or camp chair to sit on, food/munchies/noshies, a jacket (its going to be chilly tomorrow night) and whatever one of your personalities has the best Peanut Gallery possibilities. Its not just a movie, its also a good time to practice for B-Fest!

It starts a little after eight, but I'm planning on staking out a spot at, like, 5:30 or 6, after- hopefully- grabbing a bite to eat with splagxna.

I talked to my dad and he is really excited to join us for this. Chris and I will meet him downtown around 6:30 and bring our picnic out to the park. Save a spot for 3 of us. Will call you when we get there :)

I think we'll just do an Advil-Chardonnay cocktail and see how that works :)
