That was the most interesting, and most extensive, bout of insomnia I've had in a very, very long time.


Not a single wink of sleep all night. Nil. Nada. Zip. Zilch.


Gonna be a long day.

Maybe there was sleep contamination in the nidge region. I only slept about 3 and a half hours last night. Went to bed at 11, and woke up a little before 3am. I was kind of wound up, and didn't get back to sleep for a bit, and just decided to get up super-early and watch inauguration stuff on t.v.

I hope your day went ok. I turned into a zombie at about 2:30 this afternoon.

Well, I ingested a LOT of caffeine today, which helped. I was just starting to hit a major wall when Laura got home from work. But I have my first church council mtg tonight, which I'm a little worried about! Yikes! Here's hoping we both get good sleep tonight.
