I got a new phone. Its very sleek. I like it.

I haven't put any numbers in it yet, mostly because in order to do that, I need to put the SIM card back in the old phone, write down all the numbers, put the SIM card back into the new phone, and enter them. That's a lot of work, and I probably won't get to it till this weekend.

So I need numbers. If you have my number, you're welcome to text me, and then I'll have your number again. Otherwise, I'd love it if people would insert their phone numbers in the poll below, so I can have a few right away. You can also put in any other contact info you think I should have, like address and email, etc.

you should just be able to copy all the numbers in your old phone to the SIM, then they will automatically tranfer over to the new phone. have you looked for that option?

I wanted to do that but couldn't for the life of me remember how. I tried for ever to find the right settings (the manual is still in one of the four boxes that haven't been unpacked yet from the move), but actually just tonight I messed around with it again and stumbled upon it sort of by luck :-) Which I'm glad for, because the other way was going to be SO time consuming!

Question: Are you busy Sunday evening? If not, I'm inviting you and unhipster to come and see "Running With Scissors" with me and another friend at 7:40 in Evanston. If you can't, it's fine, but I thought I'd ask. I seem less nervous and shy in groups than in one on one situations, so I figured I'd attempt to pull a group together. ;P

if you bring your new and old phone to a sprint/cingular/whatever store, they'll swap all that crap over for you. they did it for me when i got a new phones.

I gave you my home landline -- don't be confused if you call and the machine says it's a different number, we haven't found the instructions to change it yet! :)
