Oh man.

Man oh man.


I had PT on Wednesday morning.

Yesterday, I had a doctor's appointment in the morning, and counseling in the afternoon.

I have PT again this morning.



I'm already wiped out. Ater therapy this morning I'm going to be TUCKERED! I haven't even gotten dressed yet and I am really looking forward to coming home and taking a nap.

Sheesh.

I used to get REALLY exhausted when I was in PT three times a week with all those other appointments on top of that. Spending all that time at doctor's offices made me depressed. I found it was pretty easy to get burned out just dealing with my own health, so remember -- be good to yourself and please know that you are not alone in all this!

Well, if this is how exhausted I get doing this, I'm a little afraid of what its going to be like doing the all-day program. One day at a time, tho, one day at a time. Thanks for the support! Its nice to have people reading my journal who know exactly how this all feels!
