He was interviewed on As It Happens (http://www.radio.cbc.ca/programs/asithappens/), which is produced by Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), and airs in the Chicago area on WBEZ, Chicago Public Radio, at 7 pm M-Th. Follow the "Past Shows" link to hear the April 4 program; the interview is at the beginning of Part II.
It was a very interesting (and at times moving) interview. Among other topics, Sooden discussed the "bizarre" and "contrived" nature of the rescue, his belief that Canada paid a ransom for the hostages, and that the U.S.'s (and Britain's) refusal to negotiate with the kidnappers may have delayed the release/rescue and/or have led to Tom Fox's separation from the other three hostages. (Please note, Harmeet did not say that U.S. actions contributed to Tom's murder, which he didn't discuss at all.)
