hey... im responding from the free palestine forum. i TOTALLY didnt mean to sound sarcastic. i re-read my post and realized that it did, in fact, sound that way! sorry. i was actually being serious. i phrased it wrong... i guess what i meant was, are the Palestinians in west bank and gaza so angered and fed up with the occupation that they lump together all jews with the occupiers? ugh.. sorry for being so general.. i guess i just get upset sometimes... i was raised by a father who would tell me that "all arabs want me dead." hence my paranoia at times...

Actually, I wasn't quite so much worried about the comment you made as I was how others would respond to it. IF you've made it to my journal, you've probably noticed that I have a very high level of stress these days, and I just couldn't take having a flame war show up in my email inbox via LJ comments right now.

Thanks for clarifying. As you probably also know, as moderator of the 3faithdialogue, I'm pretty sensitive about not letting people get away with being jerks in communities. Unfortunatly, I get very frustrated because of the way I see people in the free_palestine community speak to each other, and get very tired very quickly of the "did not!" "did too!" back-and-forth that goes on. I figured I'd nip it in the bud so I didn't have to end up throwing something heavy against the wall :-)
