Have you ever noticed that emotional exorcism can be really painful?

Even though the current ickyness in my back and neck were definitely caused by sleeping wrong a few nights ago, I came to another conclusion.

My Kun has been slowly collapsing over the last year or so. Since I am short, with a fairly short neck, I've been able to adjust it up to compensate. But I think it has reached its compensation capacity. I should replace it.

But what I really want next is this.
