This place (I'm house/cat sitting for my mom while she and my sister are out of town for the holidays) is woefully lacking in painkillers of any kind.

For some reason, Christmastime makes me miss being in a good choir very much.

I watched my first full episode of Angel today (I hate commercials, so I'm a really annoying channel-clicker, and usually miss out on watching a whole episode of anything at once). I have to say, I'm starting to see what the fuss is already about. I'm already quite fond of Charmed. I may have to make a point of watching these shows on a regular basis.

_narcissis_ is coming out late morning tomorrow to spend Christmas. This makes violachic quite happy, as it has been some time since the two have spent quality time together.

Oh yeah. Plus, I could really use a backrub.

No gig checks have arrived yet, which makes me not only slightly irritated, but kind of worried. A Very Jewish Christmas is going to be rather sparse without them. Is Christmas Eve day a mail holiday? If not, maybe something will show up tomorrow.
