My "little" cousin is writing a paper for her college English class about gay rights. She already has the websites for Millions for Marriage and the Human Rights Campaign. Can anyone give me any other resources, on the web or not, that she might find helpful? Thanks!

i've read something similar by bruce bauer, which is called "stealing jesus: how fundamentalism betrays christianity," and i would definitely recommend that.

They're a political organization that works on getting equal rights legislation passed, specifically in the State of California.

:) I don't know how applicable it would be, but you might also direct her to Howard Dean, and the historic Civil Unions bill that he signed into law in Vermont.

She lives in Texas, and I'm trying to turn her onto Dean. She's already into the gay rights issues, maybe I can get her into the anti-war stuff too. Who knows?
