Despite dedicated application of sunscreen, I emerge a little crispy around the edges. It's always fun hanging around in a huge city on a summer afternoon, especially during the heart of the world's biggest block party. All sorts of intriguing individuals were there....including the Pot People; the guy dressed as Jesus carrying around a cross; the Jesus-is-an-Alien people were there somewhere, I'm sure; The Hare Krishna's were having wayyyyy too much fun; and that guy balancing glass orbs was really..umm....yeah...Syd, what is your adjective of choice? Aaaaanyway.... The Indigo Girls give an AMAZING concert, even if the set was a tad short. I guess I don't know as many songs by Midnight Oil as I thought I did?
Y'know....sitting out in the living room watching TV I came up with soooo many entertaining things to say on this posting. But they sure as hell didn't make it all the way to the computer now, did they? Urmph. I'll come back later when they decide to come out of hiding.
