So I find it interesting that the two subjects I write about that apparently stimulate conversation most amongst my friends are viola jokes and pathetic ramblings about heartaches.

Weird.

You guys are weird.

But while we're on the subject.....

I make bad, BAD decisions about on whom to have a crush. Cases in point- the five major crushes I've had in the last year and a half since I dumped TOG on his geriatric ass:

Houlihan's dude- Only 20 (I thought he was at least 21, but someone told me this week that's he's definitely underage, and could even still be 19. Oy). Hopelessly gorgeous in that Beautiful People sort of way, which means even if he WERE my age, or willing to date an older woman, I'd never in hell get his attention.

Drums dude- Seriously taken. All that needs to be said.

Bald Phil- For those of you who know him, no explanation needed. Double oy.

Josh- Mysogynist. Yum! (but damned hot)

Jeff- Misanthrope. Angst ridden.

Wow. My taste needs work.

I need to work on my tastes too. I promised my friends that I would not date any more men named after bugs! Last two boyfriends were Roach and Spidermage...lol

I just cant seem to get past the long hair hippy look. Show me a man with long hair, a tattoo or two and I am a goner. Throw in a harley and its all over.

hehe....hearing you (seeing you?) say that is like having Sarah in front of me again....

My "in-passing" taste seems to be much better than my "long-term" taste. In a crowd, I tend to pick out the hippie type or at least the artistic type.

If I were you I'd stay away from the bugs too ;-)
