Hi everybody! Marta ([livejournal.com profile] pheret1) and I agreed that the people we know have a ton of really interesting stories to tell. Some of them have already been successfully articulated via livejournal. Many of them have not. So we decided to set up a community here, specifically for the sharing of said stories. A good example would be "Car accident #12, as told by Sunday", or "you know, that time we all....". Understand so far? Good :-D Now, I have just created it, but it will take me a bit longer to continue setting it up (read: figure out how to continue setting it up). While I'm doing this, think about what stories you have been dying to tell, or the stories that get told over and over at parties. I'm sure many of them fall under the category of "you had to be there". Luckily, we WERE there. Therefore, we are certain to find them as wildly funny now as we did the first time around. I'll let you know as soon as I think I've got it all figured out (anybody with advice is welcome to step forward at this point). I hope you all are having a really really terrific day. The weather ROCKS!

p.s. Should we draw straws to see who gets to tell about the Infamous New Year's Eve? Or do I get that automatically because of my shoes?

I have an even better idea. How bout I create a community on LJ for our group of friends? If I do, what name should I give it?

Well....sure...that would be nifty. I already made up a community for the other thingy, but we could have both. I just have to sit down and figure out how things work... :-D Advice is welcome.
