I hurt. My nerve pain is exruciating today, on both sides. All along the rib, from front to back. The rest of my back hurts, too, where the pain has been expanding- funnily enough from the chiropractic visits that my ostiopath swears are what's fixing me- you know, since I looked so well at my last visit.

On top of that, I'm still retaining fluids.

On top of that, I have awful, awful cramps- which may be part of what's aggravating the fluid retention.

On top of that, my right ovary hurts.



And I just watched the first two thirds of Beyond Borders and sobbed through the whole thing. When it got to 1995, I just didn't think i could sit through Chechnya again, so I turned it off.

I'm going to take a hydrocodone and four ibuprofen, and then a nap.

I'm having a bad day.
