If anyone is so inclined, I'd be much obliged if anyone would consider adding some minutes to my cell phone. Its been a huge advantage to have my cell phone right next to my bed this last week, but I'm running out of minutes and money. Not a lot- even just the $10 level would be a big comfort.

Have you ruled out pain caused by depression. The pain is REA, the etiology is depression.
