You know, one of these days I really need to learn how to cook.

If for no other reason than for the sake of the poor chicken that is currently in the toaster oven.

I was just waking up and didn't have my glasses on.... so I was a bit startled when I read "children" instead of chicken....

Woke me up quick. ;)

Did you see Zahar on Nightline? He made a fool of himself and proved that these elections will set the peace efforts back decades. The region just got a whole lot more dangerous.

Argh...

Imagine how hard it would be to fit an entire child in there, not to mention multiple children. ;)

Well, I'm aware that it involves things like "recipes", and "ingredients", and "grocery shopping", and "planning ahead", but I just can't make them all fit together.

Toaser oven? That's nothing. I know a guy who cooked a whole roast on a space heater!

At least it's a toaster oven, and not a slot-style toaster.

You've never seen the Foamy the Squirrel web-cartoon, "The Amityville Toaster", have you?

I highly recommend it.

"Is...is that a pork chop?!"

Does that mean you just watched it, or that you're terrified of the idea?

Seriously. Go watch it. Trust me. Would I lead you astray?

Well... yes... and up until now I was kind of looking forward to it....

*flutters his eyelashes at you*

I promise you there's no blood or guts or anything. Just a pork chop. And maybe a body part or two. And, of course, a foul-mouthed squirrel.

While you're at it, look up Foamy's "A-Kon Rules", in which Foamy explains to attendees of the A-Kon anime convention the rules of the weekend...

I hate foamy. I don't just dislike him, because many of his rants, once deciphered, are funny. I hate foamy because his voice destroys any willingness to actually listen to the rants, which would otherwise be a fun diversion in my day.

I agree with the George Foreman grill idea... it's really easy to cook chicken, it drains off the excess fat, and it tastes good :)

(also has neat barbecue lines on it)
