From the [livejournal.com profile] altfriday5:

1. How dirty is your dwelling right now? How messy is it?
The house in general is lived-in, and parts could be considered untidy, but it isn't superbly messy. My bedroom, on the other hand, gets worse every day. Something should be done about that, and soon.....

2. Which part of your dwelling does it drive you crazy to have dirty or messy? Why?
The kitchen is generally the first thing that will drive me crazy, but it all depends on who is coming over and what parts of the house they'll see.

3. Which part of your dwelling does it not drive you crazy to have dirty or messy? Why?
Technically, my bedroom is last in line to drive me crazy, but right now its driving me crazy because I can't find flipping anything.

4. Have you ever gotten into conflicts with dwelling-mates over cleanliness? Which side were you on (i.e., "clean freak" or "slob"?) How was it resolved (if at all)?
I wouldn't call anybody in this house a "clean freak", or really a slob. So far in The 'Nidge I haven't noticed any conflicts over it, per se, just a person getting a little peeved from time to time. Usually that peeve passes quickly. I used to get in HUGE fights with my mom- and still do, even though she doesn't live here and its none of her business- over cleaning. She's definitely a clean freak, add in mild OCD and control issues and you've got the Molotov Cocktail of housecleaning.

5. What inspires you to clean? What makes it harder? Why?
Definitely when I know people are coming over, for parties and stuff. I actually much prefer to have the house in order in general, it just doesn't happen. The biggest reason why my bedroom is such a wreck is that it is difficult for me to do much with it, physically, right now.
