yes, we have no........ tomatoes?
Sep. 13th, 2003 04:33 pmWe have tomatoes. Some of the big regular variety, but mostly cherry.
We have tomatoes in the fridge.
We have tomatoes on the counter.
We have tomatoes on the porch.
We gave some to the neighbors.
Tonight, my dad is taking tomatoes as a hostess gift to a dinner party.
There are still tomatoes in the garden.
So when I say "we have tomatoes", I mean we HAVE tomatoes.
(did you notice that "tomatoes" is one of those words that, if you say it enough, starts to sound kinda ridiculous?)
