I didn't get to be a stripper today.

Instead, I spent all day with a ravaging headache, which finally disappeared around nine tonight.

But I guess I won't get to be a stripper tomorrow, either, because the cabinets are apparently getting painted, not refinished.

Such is life.

I think I've given this new LJ look enough time. I don't like it. I'm getting the old look back.

I haven't decided if I want to do youth group at church again this year. There are two young couples who want to do a lot with them, and I'm thinking I may just let them take over. It got to be extremely frustrating, what with people not showing up to events, and some of the discipline issues in Sunday school and all. Its really hard to be forceful when saying "Jimmy, don't you dare throw Alex's shoe on the roof again!" when Jimmy is a foot taller than I am. Even though everyone at church reassures me otherwise, I'm not sure I was doing that great of a job with them the last couple years, and maybe its better if I leave it in someone else's capable hands for awhile.

Don't know, have to think on this. I must come up with a decision by next Sunday.

I'm getting a little irritated by this headache thing. I mean, I get headaches probably more often than I should, but they're not usually that bad- pop a couple ibuprofen and it goes away. But sometimes, like this weekend, I get bad ones. I can't say they're migraines or anything, but they do get bad sometimes, and probably 50% of the time they make my tummy unhappy.

I noticed today that I'm getting the random bruising thing again, and I'm starting to wonder if they're related. Maybe whatever vitamin/mineral I'm missing that gives me headaches is also something that makes my blood thin or something. I'd think it was the ibuprofen, but I noticed the bruises before any large amounts of ibuprofen had the chance to get into my bloodstream.

Interesting.

Something else on my list to ask the doctor if I ever have health insurance again.

I know quite a few people on my friend's list have their own websites listed, and I was wondering if anyone would object to my putting them on my link list. I'd head the category something like "Really cool websites by and about really cool people I know".
